  • The sponsor person (applicant) will be a close relatives or family member. Parents should be 18 years old and promise to support this relative for 3 to 10 years.
  • There are some goals that you and your subsidiary partner qualify for family migration.
  • To qualify for a Family Visa you must be a relative or family member as determined by Immigration Canada.
  • The sponsor must primarily apply for support and meet certain financial requirements. Both parties have to sign an external support agreement and if you are not old you will be committed to try and get enough.
  • The request fee is payable in the Canadian section and must be provided when the request is sent.
  • For married couples, medical or medical needs (without health risks - such as active TB) are not required for family visas, but parents and grandparents

However, married couples can not live in social, jail or unemployed - they will not have any money at any rate.
